School Employee In Bedford, Ex-Fire Chief Charged With Child Porn

A former chief of the Mount Kisco Fire Department who is now working at the Rippowam Cisqua School in Bedford has been arrested on charges of child pornography.
On Tuesday, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino Jr. announced that 58-year-old Mount Kisco resident Raymond Zaccari was arrested on felony charges of promoting and possessing child porn.
investigators with the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office executed a search warrant on Spencer Street in Mount Kisco on Friday, April 7, following a CyberTipline report filed by Google, the district attorney said.

According to Scarpino, Google stated that a person using an IP address associated with Zaccari’s home had uploaded an image of child pornography to an associated Google Plus Photos account.
Scarpino said that Zaccari is the former chief of the Mount Kisco Fire Department, and Zaccari told investigators that he works at the Rippowam Cisqua School as a groundskeeper and school bus driver for the district’s after school activities and special events.
Zaccari was arrested and charged with felony counts of promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child and possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child. He was arraigned and the school has been contacted and informed of his arrest, Scarpino noted.
Following arraignment, bail was set at $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond. As a condition of the bail, Zaccari is not allowed to be around children under the age of 17. He is due back in Village of Mount Kisco Justice Court on Thursday, April 20.

Greenburgh police are looking for this missing 22-year-old man from White Plains.

Police are asking for the public's help in their search for a 22-year-old Westchester resident who has gone missing.
Patrick Kennedy-Nolle left his apartment at Wyndover Woods Lane in White Plains on Tuesday, Nov. 29 at about 9 a.m. and has not been seen or heard from since, according to Town of Greenburgh Police.

He is described as being 6-foot-2, 185 pounds with red hair.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact Detective Christmas at the Greenburgh Police Department Special Victims Unit at 914-989-1734.
